Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer due to courier availability.
We will share tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for COD order will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
Free shipping only offered on PREPAID ORDERS.

4. Packaging & Quality

All products are packed securely to ensure freshness and avoid damage during transit.
We deliver only fresh and genuine products.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders.
While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural calamities, courier delays).

6. Address & Responsibility

Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details at the time of order.
Sabriji Cattle Feed is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges will be taken for re-shipping of order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received damaged or with missing items, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with Opening Video of Parcel.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India through website.
